A local carpenter for local people
After doing a 7 year apprenticeship as a cabinet maker were I made reproduction Chippendale and Sheraton furniture in the early 1990’s, I have since worked on luxury yachts and also as a bespoke kitchen maker and fitted. I have now spent the last 8 years as a locally based self-employed carpenter although my work has taken me to London and even as far as France!
The work I undertake is wide, from fitting a shelf to fitting a whole new kitchen. Replacement worktops and doors are a very popular way of transforming a kitchen to look new again. Whether it’s a bookcase, units, cupboard doors or pipes boxed in, I can design, make and fit for that one off unique look that you only get from bespoke work.
Over the last few years I have undertaken more wooden carports and decking jobs being free standing or fixed to a wall. This can be a great addition to any home.
