Indian Tonic Water

By blending fabulous botanical oils with spring water and quinine of the highest quality from the ‘fever trees’ of the Eastern Congo, Fever-Tree have created a delicious, award winning tonic with a uniquely clean and refreshing taste and aroma. Designed to enhance the very best gins or vodkas.

Naturally Light Tonic Water

Naturally Light Tonic Water is the world’s first lower calorie tonic water containing no artificial ingredients. With 58% fewer calories, there is no need to compromise on taste as this delicious, crisp tonic water combines fruit sugars and naturally sourced quinine with citrus, aromatic botanicals and soft spring water.

Mediterranean Tonic Water

By blending the essential oils from the flowers, fruits and herbs that we have gathered from around the Mediterranean shores with the highest quality quinine from the ‘fever trees’ of the eastern Congo, we have created a unique, delicate, floral tonic. Created to accompany the finest vodkas or to enjoy as a sophisticated soft drink.

Sicilian Lemon Tonic

Sicilian Lemon Tonic is the Fever-Tree name for Bitter Lemon. One of the most sophisticated mixers invented, this delicious drink has been ignored by the major drinks companies for years and many now have no idea what it is or how to drink it. By blending the highest quality Sicilian lemon oils with our signature quinine from the Congo, we’ve restored the taste and quality of this fantastic mixer. Sicilian Lemon Tonic has been specially selected for the Lemon Drizzle Gin

Tasting Notes

Williams Elegant Gin

With an ABV of 48%, ethanol overpowers the botanicals on the nose. There is a sense of juniper, but it’s very subtle. On the palate, again the neutral spirit is the star with the botanicals very difficult to detect. Given the provenance of the spirit I expected it to be more remarkable, to have a more distinct flavour, maybe the deficiency is in my palate, but it really didn’t taste the difference in the neutral spirit and found the botanicals almost undetectable.

Larios 12 Mediterranea Gin

A Spanish gin made using 12 botanicals which are distilled five times. Larios 12 is made with botanicals including wild juniper, nutmeg, angelica root, coriander, Mediterranean lemon, orange, tangerine, mandarin, clementine, grapefruit, lime and orange blossom

Plymouth Gin

A rich, fresh aroma of juniper followed by notes of coriander and cardamom. Extremely smooth, creamy and full-bodied, with a slight sweetness. Elegant, long, fresh and aromatic..

Subtle juniper comes through.Peppery juniper and pine tree freshness take hold, supported by the complex black tea and bergamot.Long and drying notes of orange peel, juniper and evocative tea notes.

The King Soho

Subtle juniper on the nose with an Autumn pine scent coming through. A small hint of citrus follows. Rather smooth on the palate, with the grapefruit coming through mostly as it warms. A tingle near the finish as it stays for a long ending. Mini fresh bursts of warm coriander appear.

Fifty Pounds Gin

Lemon, lime, juniper, and very classic in character. Just a tinge of sweetness and creamy lemon as well. Dry Juniper on the tip of the tongue, followed by lemon, coriander and angelica. The palate is clean and focused, with juniper and lime zest holding court until a long astringent finish with a slight hint of anise cookie in the background.

Cotswolds Dry Gin

Highly aromatic, you can smell Cotswolds Dry Gin intensely just when opening the bottle— or from across the table while someone else is pouring. Instantly, a ghostly specter of juniper hangs in the air.Whitley Neill Rubarb abd GiungerThe aroma is lucid. Grapefruit oils, a hint of lime, a lavender tinged floral musk, and a hearty and intensely true to fresh ground juniper berries touch of juniper. Lovely and vibrant, it’s a nose that certainly stands in memory.
